Accounts and eligibility
Meet the minimum age and any parental-authorization requirements of applicable law. Keep your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for authorized use of your account; contact us if it is compromised. Do not impersonate someone else or bypass account restrictions. You can end use and delete your account at any time.
Service, limits and no payments
UnioAI provides AI chat, web research, file assistance and image/music generation when available. Models, limits and availability can change; queues, failures and external-provider interruptions may occur. There is currently no payment collection or paid subscription offered by UnioAI. If paid features are introduced, their price and terms must be presented separately before purchase. Availability and unlimited use are not guaranteed.
Your content and generated results
You retain the rights you already have in submitted content. Give UnioAI and its necessary providers permission to process that content to perform your requests, store chosen results and operate the service; this does not transfer ownership of your uploads. You must have permission to submit material and personal data. Output may be non-unique, inaccurate or subject to third-party rights and provider terms. These terms do not guarantee copyright, exclusivity or unrestricted commercial rights in generated material. Review rights before publishing or using output commercially.
Acceptable use
Do not use UnioAI for illegal activity, exploitation, fraud, malware, unauthorized surveillance, harassment or infringement of others’ rights. Do not attempt to obtain other accounts’ data, attack the infrastructure, resell stolen credentials, circumvent safety controls or overload the service. Follow applicable law and relevant model-provider restrictions. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks; use Contact to question a restriction.
Accuracy and responsibility
AI can make mistakes even when sources are shown. Verify important facts, code and generated media independently. Output is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Third-party websites and providers are not controlled by UnioAI. The service is offered as available without a promise of error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
Changes, deletion and contact
Material changes will be dated and published here, with additional notice where required. You can stop using UnioAI if you disagree. Delete account and data explains the deletion process and limits. Contact is the public channel for support, privacy requests and disputes; no guaranteed response time is promised. Applicable mandatory law remains effective; these terms do not select a fictional company, address or court.
